Panorama Hotel

The outside of the hotel gives a great first impression, but the rooms felt average to me, maybe more like a 3 or 4 star place. For a hotel sold as 5 stars, I think the price should reflect things like the view, room cleanliness, and in-room facilities. Breakfast on level 1 was really disorganized, with people everywhere and no plates or cups for tea. I don’t think 5 stars is the right rating for this hotel.

The location is very good, but housekeeping and room service aren’t working properly, and the rooms need updating. This used to be one of the best, but it isn’t anymore.

The location near the malls and beach was the only decent part of our weeklong stay. We had two connected rooms, and despite asking every day, they were cleaned just once. The service staff didn’t seem trained, and basic service wasn’t provided. The windows were filthy, the floors weren’t clean, and the bathroom fans didn’t work. The toilets wobbled, and the old, dirty furniture made the rooms unpleasant. This place doesn’t deserve 5 stars, maybe 2. I wouldn’t recommend it; it was a waste of money.

I’ve been to Panorama Hotel in Kish three times, and each stay has been nice. The staff are always kind and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s in a very good location too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kish! :)
