We had booked six family rooms for 13 days, but cancelled after four because of Saleh’s attitude. His customer service was very poor, he wasn’t helpful, and he didn’t seem professional in the role. I hope the owner and manager address it, because this kind of treatment can cost the hotel customers and bring more bad reviews.

The food was fine, nothing special, and there was just one bottle of drinking water in the mini fridge. What made the stay impossible was the thin walls. I could hear every noise and stayed awake for two nights in a row. This didn’t feel like a four-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s close to the Haram, but the rooms feel very ordinary for a four-star place. Breakfast was simple, and you can forget about the Wi-Fi.

Great food, lovely staff, and only minutes from the haram. The hotel itself is beautiful too.

The service was good, but the staff stare at you a lot 😐.
