Sinoor Hotel Mashhad

The airport had a Sinoor Hotel counter where we picked up our luggage, and we agreed on a price there for a free transfer to the hotel. We got a warm welcome and professional hospitality. The rooms were clean and neat, and we had a great, memorable stay. On the second day, we asked for a ride to Nishapur to see the tombs of Attar and Khayyam. The hotel manager arranged the trip easily. Ali drove us and was a good guide. Breakfast is an open buffet on the 17th floor, with both Iranian and international flavors. Remember to select your destination floor outside the elevators. I hope you have a pleasant stay and find what you're looking for. 🙏🏼

The outside of the hotel looks a bit dated, but it's fairly good inside. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, and breakfast is great. I'd come back. The odd elevator system doesn't work well when the hotel is crowded.

The staff who handle luggage and cleaning are the real strength here. They're very friendly, polite, and quick to respond to requests. The location is central, and there's a shuttle to the shrine. Still, Sinoor feels more like a luxury three-star or an overdone four-star than a five-star hotel. There are several things that need serious improvement. Check-in and checkout take around 20 minutes, and you may have to remind staff several times. The rooms are cramped, with very little space, and the bathroom feels truly claustrophobic.

After a tiring 17-hour trip from Australia to Dubai, I landed at Mashhad International Airport, collected my luggage, and spotted the Sinoor Hotel sales counter on my way out. I spoke with the salesman and agreed on a price for a single room. The hotel provides a free airport transfer, and the staff are kind, friendly, and cooperative. The food and breakfast were fantastic. My room and bathroom were clean with no smells. The single room had a double bed, fridge, TV, chairs, a table, and more. A five-star hotel at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
