I found the place clean and hygienic, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I chose the half-board option. I wouldn’t dine in, though, since there are plenty of other places to eat.

The breakfast was amazing, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean, close to everything, and the employees are great; prices seemed fair too. The walls could use better soundproofing. It’s one of the best four-star hotels in the city, if not the best.

We stayed in the presidential suite, and it felt worth what we paid. We were even planning to extend our stay. Breakfast was brilliant, though we wouldn’t try the other food. The hotel is probably among the best located in Mashad. Service was very good too: when we had an issue in our room, staff came and fixed it. Thanks to all of them.

The nearby construction was noisy, though it happened in the morning and could disturb the quiet. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the food is fantastic, and the hotel is close to the holy shrine, which makes getting there convenient.

Our children were sick, and we were too ill to go to the buffet, so we asked for a little food to be brought to the room. They refused, saying it wasn’t allowed. Unfortunately, we were left hungry while we were sick.
