Karvansara Pars Hotel

The lobby and breakfast room had a grand, relaxing feel, and the staff were polite and helpful. This was my first stay here, and I left with a good feeling. My room was clean and tidy, though the breakfast was just ordinary for a five-star hotel.

The pool was dirty and crowded, and the fitness center was in poor repair with limited equipment. That fell well short of the spa and fitness facilities I was promised when booking. My room was in bad shape too, with stained sheets, a dirty bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, and cobwebs in the corners. The hallway was dim and smelled unpleasant. The worn, outdated furniture, stained carpets, and peeling paint in the lobby and outside made a poor first impression. For what the hotel charges, the service and amenities don't justify the price. My stay at the Karvansara Pars was a complete disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it. Look elsewhere, it's not worth the money.

I only stayed one night, but it was terrible. You pay more than twice what the city's best hotels charge and get almost nothing. The window was broken, so street noise came straight in, and the WC was out of service. There was no tea maker in the room, and breakfast was very cheap. They don't deserve more than two stars.

There were frequent water cuts, so I couldn't shower when I woke up. The bedroom was uncomfortably warm with no A/C, and without mosquito nets we couldn't open the window. Naked electric wires hung from the ceiling all over the property, and breakfast was extremely basic, often worse than what we had in guesthouses. The receptionists were awful. They asked us to prove our visa even though we had an evisa and nobody else in Iran had asked for it. This dreadful hotel is supposedly five star. I don't recommend it, and I'll never stay there again.
