Parsian Evin Hotel

The automatic ventilation was broken and kept blowing hot air, pushing the room to 30 degrees even though I’d set it to 22. When I asked for a fix, they just said that was how it was. The internet also failed overnight. The staff member responsible said it was under maintenance, but I later realized check-in had simply forgotten to activate it. Asking the reception to sort it out brought more rude, aggressive behavior. Most of the staff were like that, apart from two people. The system here feels decades behind. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in different countries over the last ten years, including bad ones, but this place left me angry, nervous, and uncomfortable. The bathrooms, washroom, and carpets look disgusting, as other reviewers’ photos show. I wish I could give zero stars. Seriously, avoid it at any cost.

The prices are what I’d expect from a four- or five-star hotel, but the quality is zero. The lobby seems to have had some renovation, and that’s about it. Everything else, in the rooms and public spaces, feels around 40 years old. It should be closed for basic renovation, and I don’t recommend staying here. As an Iranian, I’m really sorry nobody seems to care and guests are still accepted in such an awful place. It deserves two stars at most, or none.

The room was pretty clean and the service was good, but if you stay here, you’re better off eating somewhere else.

I was amazed by the paintings in the hotel’s gallery. Seeing all that artwork made me feel alive, and I was in awe of the beautiful pieces. The artists and staff were welcoming and happy to share details or answer questions. It was a fun, interactive experience.
