Safir Isfahan Hotel

The rooms are old, though this small hotel is much better than the one across the street. I wouldn't really call it four stars. A big thanks to the young woman at reception and to mr Housani at the coffe shop.

The food was so good, and the place was quiet and really clean. One of the best hotel stays I've had. I'd definitely recommend it.

I'm from Indonesia and was very happy staying here with my wife and some friends. The location is great, the room was clean, and the food was good and healthy. All the staff were nice and very helpful. I'd come back, and I highly recommend this hotel.

After just one night I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay so I could find somewhere else. The woman at reception agreed at first, then later said it wasn't possible. The staff were rude, dishonest, and unprofessional, and the manager didn't even come out to try to sort things out. The rooms were basic, the bathrooms small and unsanitary, and an unpleasant smell spread through the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, with hardly any choice. I can't believe this place is rated four stars. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
