For a two-star budget hotel, the service was remarkable, and I was very satisfied. I was traveling solo in September 2024 and needed a room with parking for one night, between Isfahan and Yazd. I got the hotel's number from Google Maps, after struggling to communicate with a few other hotels because of the language issue. The reception staff here spoke English, so we could sort things out. They quickly sent the price and other details on WhatsApp after taking my number, and I confirmed the booking there without any hassle or prepayment. The location is very central, with most tourist attractions within walking distance. There are lots of restaurants, eateries, and a provision store right outside. Breakfast was included and good. My towels were clean, and the bed and pillow linens were clean and comfortable. The toilet was a little cramped, but clean, and they provided soap and shampoo. The minibar in the room had a lot of items, which you pay for at checkout. The room smelled damp when I arrived, but the bellboy brought room freshener and sprayed it. The price was reasonable for the service. They only asked for my passport and returned it at checkout, with its removable cover still on, which was cute and thoughtful. I can't recall the names of the reception staff, but they were definitely efficient and responsive. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The central location made it easy to reach Shiraz's historic sites and attractions. My room had adequate facilities and was comfortable, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience at Sasan Hotel Shiraz and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shiraz.

The room was basic but kept clean, and some of the staff can speak English. Wi-Fi was unreliable the whole time I was there, though this is a problem in Iran. Tea and coffee aren't free here, unlike at other hotels. As of May 2023, each tea cost 700k, except during breakfast. It's okay for the price, but definitely wouldn't be my first choice in Shiraz.

The hotel is within walking distance of the bazaar area and a metro station, and the internet worked very well. My room was comfortable and clean, with a western toilet. The reception and lobby staff were pleasant, friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. They did everything they could to help guests. A wonderful hotel, and I'll come back again.
