Shiraz Grand Hotel

My stay was very uncomfortable and disappointing. The room was unbearably hot because the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the cleanliness was extremely poor, far below what I expected. The staff were uncooperative and treated guests badly, offering excuses about hotel policy instead of finding solutions. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We came here for tea and cake and a change of scenery, and ended up spending about an hour outside, enjoying a beautiful view of the city. The peaceful atmosphere made it a nice place to relax, and the service was friendly and attentive. The menu isn't very diverse, but the things they do offer are good quality. This café inside the Grand Hotel of Shiraz is worth a visit if you want somewhere calm to chat and unwind with a view.

I strongly recommend checking out the pool and sauna at this five-star hotel, which is the best in Shiraz.

Everything about my wife's birthday celebration at this hotel was amazing and perfectly organized. The in-house florist created a stunning floral design that added a beautiful touch. The hotel's media team did very professional, high-quality photography and videography, and we were truly impressed with the results. The restaurant staff were kind and respectful. Special thanks to Mr. Zare, the restaurant manager, for his attentive service and warm hospitality. Ms. Somayeh, one of the hostesses, also had a very professional and pleasant manner, making the evening even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations. I'll definitely come back for future special occasions. Highly recommended.
