We heard a lot of hallway noise and doors slamming in the morning because our comfortable bed was near the unit's front door. Earplugs are a good idea. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen had plenty of amenities, although they supplied only one sheet of parchment paper for the oven. There was body wash but no shampoo or conditioner. The location was great. Parking is free beside the building, but those spaces can fill up; across the street it's free from 4pm to 10 am.

This was really good value for the price, and a handy base for our excursions. The town is close enough to walk to. We stayed in January, and getting the key code was easy and convenient. Our room was clean, warm, and quiet. The road outside can get busy, especially with tractors clearing snow, but it didn't bother us.

We had a lovely stay at K16 Apartments and would happily return. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had plenty of equipment for cooking, which helped save money in Iceland. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main shopping area. Thanks!

The noise from the road was really loud, especially from 11pm to 1:30am on Friday night. The blinds also let in too much light, and electric shutters would help. It's a shame, because the apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the church and a well-placed Christmas tree. The location was perfect for the city centre and getting to tours and sights. Earplugs were left beside the bed, which probably should have been a clue.

Very secure, and a great room in a nice building. You're close to everything, including what I thought was the best public pool in Iceland. I'd definitely stay here again.
