The restaurant was wonderful, and the food was great at every meal. Alex, Javier, Haddi, and Jan did a remarkable job in the kitchen. Dorijan quickly became our dear Icelandic friend, and he, Loana, Airidas, and Josipa always greeted us with smiles. Dorijan was especially kind, and we really appreciated it. The whole stay felt lovely, including the help we got before arriving. A couple of weeks ahead, the hotel helped us find tours and taxi services that we used while there. Petrol, Andrei, Georginana, Tinna, and Gabija represented the front desk so well, helping with check-in and checkout, northern lights notifications, taxis, and laundry for our travel clothes as soon as we arrived. Dominika, Peter, Justuna, Antonio, Lilian, Natalia, and Tomas kept the entire facility clean and lovely. We appreciate all the staff and had a beautiful stay.

The setting was so peaceful, and seeing and hearing the local wildlife was a real joy. Our room was spotless, the Wi-Fi worked well, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast and dinner were both great, and the shower had excellent pressure. The staff were super attentive. An absolutely exquisite hotel.

The heated floors in both the room and bathroom were exquisite, and the room was extremely clean. The hot tubs were cute and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, though just okay rather than the best. The coffee was so good, and the service was nice.

The location is stunning, with incredible views, and the hot tubs were a great bonus. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, and the customer service was brilliant, kind, and welcoming. Getting there can be a challenge, so you'll need to hire a car. That's the tradeoff for a rural hotel, but if you're comfortable driving, it's no problem.
