We ended up staying two nights because of a storm, and every staff member was super friendly and helpful the whole time. A big thank you to them again. Our sea-view studio apartment was spotless and really spacious, with an amazing view. There’s also a spa right by the sea with a sauna and hot baths. We definitely recommend it.

Hotel Blábjörg made it so easy to visit the local celebs. We came for the puffins, and they delivered. It can be 11:45pm, still light outside, and you find yourself asking, “one more puffin check?” Yep, the answer is yes. Great stay, so close to them!

Lovely property in a great location, with friendly staff and a decent breakfast. I’ve rated it four stars because using the hot spa costs extra, 4500isk, which feels expensive.

The brewery next door was delightful, and the drive to see the Puffins was easy. We rented the beautiful, spacious three-bedroom apartment. The spa staff were a little less than friendly, so we decided against paying $70 for the two of us to use the hot tubs for 90 minutes.

We had a small, cozy room with a stunning fjord view, and it was spotlessly clean. The shared spaces were just as clean, and the whole resort felt welcoming and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of tasty local food. Our stay at Blábjörg Resort felt special, and we’d love to return someday.
