The house felt newly renovated and was nicely kept, with an old-fashioned atmosphere and attention to detail. We were two couples staying for a couple of nights. I felt a bit cramped, especially in the bedroom, though it wasn’t a major problem. The house has two floors: two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room on the ground floor, while the basement has a bathroom with a bathtub but no shower, plus a laundry room. The basement ceiling is low enough that I hit my head a couple of times. The price felt a bit high, though that seems typical of the south of the island.

The facilities were brilliant, and with a hire car it’s easy to reach all the beautiful sights and areas. It’s a lovely place to stay, and I’ll definitely return.
