The room has cookware and kitchenware, so making your own meals is easy. It’s spacious, and there’s free laundry on site every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Shampoo is provided in the shower, and the hand soap smells really nice.

I couldn’t travel because of an unexpected change in U.S. visa policies. The host was responsive and flexible while I worked through the cancellation, and I sincerely appreciated that. If I get the chance to visit Iceland in the future, I’d choose this hotel again.

We’d stay here again and recommend it to others. It was quiet, reasonably priced, and had everything we needed for a good night’s sleep. The hostess was wonderful, and free washer and dryer access was a huge plus for us.

We slept so well on the softest bed. The room was much closer to hotel standards than I expected, with lots of space, a nice toilet and a huge shower. The small kitchen was efficient and had everything we needed. There was a table for two inside and another one outside on the patio, where we could have breakfast in summer.

We only stayed one night, and it worked perfectly for exploring the area. The place was clean, cozy, and convenient. There’s a microwave in the room for warming ready meals from the supermarket, handy if you’re on a budget.
