We came during a storm and had everything we needed for the stay. The people were good and the location was great. In our private room, though, there was a problem with the window and the sheets got wet. The mattress on the bunk bed was uncomfortable and needs replacing. Thanks for being available!

The hosts were extremely friendly, and we had a very spacious shared area and kitchen. The rooms are small but don’t feel cramped. We stayed three nights in February and would definitely recommend it if you want to visit attractions around both Reykjavik and Vik, each about an hour’s drive away.

We could see the aurora every night while we were there. The cabin was really good, and the host was nice.

We slept well in the small, cozy rooms, and the “coffee house” had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus a washer-dryer in the bathroom. The hosts were welcoming, and the price was very reasonable. We recommend it 100%!

The family was very welcoming and had lots of information about things to see and do in Iceland. The guesthouse had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, and the atmosphere was really cozy. An excellent place to stay while visiting Iceland!
