Breakfast was self-serve, and they even had waffles. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and pleasant, just outside Geysir. We shared the bathroom facilities, but they were very clean too. There was a mare with her foal, both gentle and happy to be petted.

We could watch steam rise from Strokker, the other geyser at Geysir, from our room and the hot tub. Like many places in Iceland, the stay was clean, comfortable, and efficient. Breakfast was great, and the hostess was super friendly.

The geysir is about a 10-minute walk away, and the price felt fair by Icelandic standards. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was modern, and the outdoor hotpot was free to use. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but fine.

The B&B has closed permanently. Geysir Glima Restaurant now uses it as a staff house, and the restaurant is 1 km farther away.
