Kleifar

We spent hours at the telescope watching ducks, seals, and boats below, with stunning views of the sea and beach. The apartment was spotless and had plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Parking right in front was easy, and check-in was simple with the instructions in the email. We appreciated having a travel cot and small toys for our one-year-old. This was one of the most beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable places we stayed during our Iceland holiday. Take a walk around Hellissandur to see the murals and sculptures. I definitely recommend Kleifar apartment!

The ocean view and location were exactly what I hoped for, and the apartment is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The interior could use renovation, especially the bathroom. Its cleanliness didn’t feel quite right, and the towels were worn and smelled unpleasant.

The host was really friendly, and I’d definitely come back. The vacation home was huge, with a kitchen, one bed, and a gorgeous ocean view from right on top of a cliff. It’s beautifully located by the sea, with a very clean interior and a large patio facing the ocean. High-speed Wi-Fi and a great collection of traditional Icelandic songs with a CD player were nice to have. One of my favorite stays in Iceland, 10/10.

We saw seals basking on the rocks just outside the apartment. Magical! It’s a beautiful place with a fantastic view, and we loved staying here.
