The peaceful setting was a highlight. From the outdoor hot tub, we could watch horses running nearby, and the place was quiet, with only about three families coming in for breakfast while we were there. We stayed one night on a road trip and thought the price was very reasonable. The room had a huge bed and a hot shower, and breakfast was included, with everything from croissants and bacon and eggs to different fruits. Dinner at the restaurant felt very Icelandic. I had the Icelandic horse steak, which was delicious, and we shared horse sausage smoked over sheep dung, goose, and lamb antipasti. I’d definitely stay again in this secluded village.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really friendly. You choose items from the menu, then they have a good-sized serving ready for you in the dining area in the morning. We stayed in one of the luxury apartments at Hotel Anna. It was comfortable and cute, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend it.

The traditional Icelandic menu was just what I wanted for a quick lunch, with lamb, fish, and hearty soups served in a simple, home-style way. Nothing fancy or flashy, just solid, satisfying comfort food while exploring nearby and taking photos. The restaurant at Boutique Hotel Anna has a cozy, stylish feel, with rustic Icelandic character and a modern touch. It’s intimate and polished, but still easy to relax in.

The antique interior gave us plenty to look at, and the atmosphere felt authentic. I had dinner at the hotel’s Anna Restaurant with my parents, and every dish was delicious. The bread with homemade garlic-and-herb butter was especially clever. We were looked after from the first minute to the last, with excellent service. It was a lovely dining experience. Thank you!

The restaurant was the real treasure here. I had some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, including lobster soup and seafood risotto, and then we got a spectacular sunset. The rooms are mini suites, well equipped, with hot tubs close by. A terrific establishment.
