Raufarhofn is a lovely town. I've kept coming back because the people are nice, it has everything you need, and you can get around on foot. It's a great spot if you enjoy peace and quiet. The place itself is cozy and has several kitchens, showers, a dryer, a washing machine, and other useful things. There's a disc golf course right across from the entrance, which we played and enjoyed.

The buildings take a beating by the sea, so don't let the outside put you off. Inside it's wonderful, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, even if it isn't ultra-modern. We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend it.

It's a little rustic, but has loads of charm. The owner is super kind and happy to help with anything. The rooms, kitchen, and shared bathroom are clean, and they've updated the kitchen appliances and bathroom. One of the best hostels in Iceland :)

Clean, quiet, friendly, and spacious, with the Arctic Henge within walking distance. The loveliest lady welcomed us to the Nest along with her wonderful dogs. We should have asked her name. Absolutely recommend!

The Nest Guest House was the best place we stayed in Iceland. It's clean and tidy, and host Angela responds quickly whenever you need help. I'd rate it 10/10 and highly recommend it to travellers!
