The owners are kind, friendly, and really attentive. They offer a bed in a small, clean building, and it felt like the best value for money I could get. Even though this little hostel is downtown Reykjavik, it stays quiet. I'd very much recommend spending a few nights here.

It was one of the cheaper choices, so I guess you get what you pay for, but I wouldn't stay again, even as a budget traveler. The hostel is very small, with bright, muggy rooms in the evening. There are no common areas, so people tend to hang out and get loud in the sleeping area. No breakfast either.

I've rarely stayed somewhere this friendly. The owners put in real effort to make everyone feel welcome, and they gave excellent advice for exploring Iceland. That welcoming atmosphere made it easy to meet people and make friends. The hostel is spotlessly clean, accessible, and in a great location. I'd recommend it to anyone.

A lovely little hostel right in the heart of Reykjavik. The family who runs it is so nice and adds a personal touch that helps you feel at ease. There are lots of bathrooms, and they keep everything extremely clean. Stay here if you're after a nice hostel experience.

For Reykjavik, the place was affordable compared with everywhere else, and the location was fabulous. The managers were friendly and very accommodating. Facilities were clean, with a kitchen and fridge that guests could use freely. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially on a budget.
