2/10
The room was clean, but the furniture and equipment were old and out of date. At this spa hotel, a bathrobe wasn't included in the price. Breakfast was nowhere near four-star quality: there were only a few cakes, no range of fruit, no omelettes, little cheese to choose from, and an empty vending machine. The booking-site photos are false, and the service was awful. This feels like a two-star place, not a real four-star hotel. Choose another one.

We came from England, a mother with her two daughters, and had a really enjoyable stay. The price was good value. The staff were so friendly, the spa was great, and the massages were top quality. The thermal pools were lovely and relaxing, with massage jets in different spots. The food was excellent, with three starters and three main courses to choose from, and all the desserts were homemade. The bedroom and bathroom were old-fashioned, but perfectly acceptable for what we paid. We'd definitely return.

Breakfast didn't have many choices, and the rooms had an old-fashioned style. They wouldn't turn on the air conditioning, saying that some law meant it couldn't be started in rooms until June 4th. Without AC, the room felt very stuffy. When we arrived, the rooms weren't clean, and we had to switch rooms three times.

The location is perfect, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the food is always delicious. Have fun, and don't miss a massage and some time to relax! :)

The location is close to the center, but the hotel stays peaceful and quiet. The food and service are great, the pool is lovely, and the staff are dedicated. It's very comfortable, and the massage is a must.
