The rooms are just okay at best. The beds are pretty hard and uncomfortable, though the bathrooms are nice, at least the few that have been renovated. Breakfast service was deeply disappointing. You have to pre-order by 6am, then they bring things to your table for convenience, but they don’t serve what you ordered, even when you ask. It didn’t feel like the Italian hospitality we’re used to. The spa also costs extra, at least 30€ per person for two hours.

It doesn’t look like much from outside, but inside this little hotel is tastefully decorated, with modern touches and natural materials. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the amenities are good. Breakfast was generous, with homemade jams and local specialties. There’s a spa with everything from steam rooms to aromatherapy, available for an extra fee. It was well worth it, and we had the spa to ourselves! Highly recommended. We’ll be back.

The view isn’t much, with houses all around, but it’s a lovely hotel and good value for money. Our economy room was small but functional, tidy, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were courteous.

The soundproofing is really bad. Avoid rooms 24 to 28 on the ground floor, or you’ll regret it!
