We stayed eight nights and had an incredible vacation at this outstanding hotel. The staff were wonderfully pleasant and helpful throughout. Valeria and the front desk team took care of everything we needed, including a sailboat tour, rental car, and hotel transfers. Max and Claudio provided outstanding customer service at the restaurant and bar. We also loved the food and service at Jona Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and the service made the whole stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and well cared for. Amazing experience, highly recommended.

The place was clean, the staff friendly, and parking was convenient. It’s close to lots of great beaches. But it definitely didn’t feel like a four-star hotel. There were no shared spaces apart from the restaurant, the pool wasn’t heated, and breakfast was mediocre. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the walls were very thin, and there was no turn-down service. The room and hallway had a strong perfumey smell. Our door shook whenever someone opened or closed the door to the neighbouring room.

The prestige suite was huge and had a balcony, and the hotel had every amenity possible. Service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool looks out over the hill with a breathtaking view, and the hotel restaurant is one of the best in the region. Amazing hotel, I’d recommend it to anyone.

The apartment gave our family plenty of room, and it was so well equipped that it felt like our own villa in Sardegna. Porto Cervo and some of the island's most prestigious beaches were only a short drive away. We were especially taken with the warm, attentive staff, the refined breakfast, and the elegant restaurant. Our room was spotless, stylish, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. This was our second stay, and I'm already looking forward to coming back for a third. A heartfelt thanks to the whole team for making us feel welcome.
