The best part was how at home Matteo made us feel in the heart of Rome. He was kind, helpful, and had thoughtful tips and surprises for us. There was Prosecco, a gift by the door, and lots of useful advice. The apartment itself was spotless and stylish, with Roman character and a sense of history in the view. We could walk everywhere, gelato in hand. Casa Navona was lovely from the first message right through to our goodbye. Grazie mille for a stay we won't forget. We’d come back in a heartbeat, and 11/10 wouldn’t be enough!

Matteo went out of his way to help. My husband had left his computer mouse at home, so Matteo sent us a new one the next morning after we asked where to buy one. He was available whenever we needed him. The apartment had all the essentials, including towels and slippers, and felt comfortable for a family with young kids. On departure day, a bag was waiting on the door with a coloring book, teddy bear, and little Christmas ornament. The location beside Piazza Navona was perfect, with cafés and restaurants nearby and the main sights walkable. We were welcomed by Michela, who helped us find the place and offered to carry our bags. We were on the first floor, with no elevator, but a few stairs were no big deal. Matteo had also left sweets for the kids and wine and water in the fridge. We stayed at Casa Navona Apartments with our two children and found it was absolutely the right choice for our Rome trip from 20/09 to 24/09. I’d definitely recommend it to friends.

Matteo was a great host. He arranged the Prosecco and flowers we asked for, and even surprised us with free museum tickets. The apartment is beautifully designed, quiet, and comfortable, with a great spot close to everything in Rome. One small thing, the bathroom and toilet could use a bit more cleaning, and proper closed bed sheets would be better than two separate ones. Highly recommended.

The soundproof windows kept things peaceful even though we were right in the middle of Rome. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, and the hosts were friendly, attentive, and communicated really well before we arrived and during the stay. We loved staying at Casa Navona Apartments and would highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed here twice, which says a lot about how much we like it. The host was attentive and made sure we were looked after, and the apartment is a lovely fit for a family of four, with tasteful recent renovations and very good cleanliness. Its location makes it easy to walk to all the attractions. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to return.
