The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything. Breakfast had a nice, wide variety to choose from. A very good B&B option, close to Ottaviano metro station on Line A.

I booked three nights as a birthday gift for my partner. I first assumed it was a B&B chain like in Spain, rather than just a breakfast. We weren’t given instructions for getting into the accommodation and had to contact the staff ourselves to get the access code. They said we could leave our belongings because check-in had to be in person between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, or arranged by message. When we went to check in, we found out there was no room for us because of a breakdown. They wanted to move us to an apartment farther away, with no transport provided, which we’d have to pay for, and no guarantee or discount offered. When we picked up our things, a black shirt was missing, either stolen or “lost.” The accommodation offered no help and simply said it wasn’t there. The only good part was getting a refund. The whole experience was terrible.
