ANA was lovely, taking care of breakfast in the morning and cleaning my room. The area has local restaurants, plus another restaurant inside the station, so support local businesses. Stazione Tiburtina is so close, under a five minute walk, and commuting was easy. I understand very little Italian, but I managed fine. I stayed for seven days and found it easy coming and going. My room was roomy and gave me real privacy, and the breakfast was good. It was really affordable too. I'd rate it a 10, not a 5. Bring data and an extension cord.

The owner can be blunt and doesn't always seem to understand what tourist customer service calls for, but she's a good hearted woman. The place itself was spotless and spacious, with clean beds that were decently comfortable and a new, clean bathroom. I wouldn't pay extra for the included breakfast, which was really just an apple, croissant, brewed coffee, and toast. Still, it's a great place to stay in Rome.

The owner was very kind, and the cleaner was too. Breakfast was delicious, and the croissant was always warm and good. It's very clean and close to the train stop we used to leave Rome. It's a very good place to stay. Just remember to let the owner know when you're due to arrive.

For a quick overnight stop, this worked well: the room was clean, the price was fair, and the train station was close. The bed felt hard, the pillows were small, and noise carried through the thin walls. Three stars feels about right for a three-star place.

Such a peaceful spot, really close to the bus and train stations. The rooms and location were great, and the host was so thoughtful and welcoming. Thanks for looking after us!
