The spa was a real highlight for me. Raffaele gave me a wonderful massage and included Reiki, leaving me deeply relaxed and refreshed. His skill and calming presence made it feel special. Hotel Piramidi in the beautiful Abetone area of Tuscany also made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, with friendly staff always ready to help. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, and the food was another standout. Each morning there was a generous breakfast with sweet and savory choices, including fresh pastries, cheese, meat, and fruit, just right before going out to explore the mountains. Between the lovely accommodations, good meals, and that spa treatment, I left feeling rested. A great place for a peaceful Tuscan break.

Antonio and Raimondo made dinner especially enjoyable with their attentive service and lovely conversation. The meal was excellent, and we also really liked the breakfast buffet. This is a friendly, accommodating albergo close to the ski lifts.

What a lovely experience. The historic building and facility are wonderful, and the food is excellent. Most of all, the people will go out of their way times 10 to help you. We’ll be back.

The food was excellent quality, and the staff were great. I had dinner there, and there were vegetarian options on the menu. Portions were small and a bit pricey, though.

I tried to book one night at the hotel, but that night wasn't available. The booking website changed the date, so the reservation ended up being for the wrong night. I contacted the hotel, but they refused to refund the booking.
