Cairoli Bed&Breakfast

For €62 for one night, this wasn't a great experience. The bed was hard and had a big gap where it separated, so we couldn't lie together comfortably. I also wished there'd been a cooker and some cups or glasses so we could have a drink. The shower started out ice cold, probably because the boiler was empty. The next day the water kept changing between hot and cold, and the pressure was so bad we could barely rinse the shampoo out of our hair. The room itself looked nice and was clean.

We arrived tired after a 7h trip and had to find somewhere else to sleep. Cairoli rooms says on booking that pets are accepted without an extra fee, but at the property they told us our 3kg dog would cost 30 EUR/night. I'd told them the day before exactly when we'd arrive, yet we waited 20 minutes for the woman at reception. When I showed her the reservation confirmation with no pet fee, she said she wouldn't give us the room because we hadn't mentioned the dog beforehand. A very bad experience. Think twice before booking here.

The staff weren't friendly or helpful at all. They promise good public parking, but the streets are a mess, with dozens of cars all fighting for parking spaces. I strongly recommend staying away.

The workers were kind, and the rooms were very good. Breakfast was just okay. Sometimes there was a really annoying noise.
