Silvio did everything he could to help us and was a great host. He suggested setting an early alarm for sunrise, and we were glad we did, it was extremely beautiful. Great place, lovely view, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days.

Villa Agnese is a little gem, with a lovely terrace and direct access to the sea. My wife and I stayed two nights at the end of July, and Silvio and his wife were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. There's no private parking, but it was easy to find a spot on the road or near the villa. Breakfast isn't offered there, though Aci Trezza center is only a few minutes away by car. Highly recommended!

We'd come from Caltagirone, 80 km away, and chose to stay at Villa Agnese after a wedding in the wedding area. When we arrived at 5:00 AM, exhausted, the owner told us someone had broken the lock on our room. He said there was nothing he could do and no other rooms, and even suggested we find another hotel at that hour. Then he said, "Just a minute, I'll be right there," but disappeared and didn't answer his phone. We got back in the car and drove the 80 km home, dead tired. We didn't even get an apology or a refund for the €120 booking. Truly squalid and shameful.
