The place wasn’t ready for guests. By the end of the first day, there was a smell of gas. The manager came and shut off the gas, so we had no hot water after the boiler stopped working. He said he’d call a repairman, but nobody showed up. Later the power started going out all over the house, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The manager then stopped responding altogether. There was dog hair on the floor, the old cutlery was unusable, and the cups were chipped.
