Paolimura was a real treat, and we had a wonderful stay. The husband and wife who run it were incredibly welcoming, and the place was very pet friendly. Our apartment felt luxurious, with modern design and thoughtful details. The photos don’t quite capture how nice the resort is. We especially loved the sea and Mount Etna views from the pool. The apartment’s sauna and spa were better than a visit to a spa hotel, and the air conditioning worked very well. It’s a very modern place, a cut above many other Sicilian accommodation options.

We’ll definitely stay at Paolimura again when we’re back in the area. Daniela and Luciano were wonderful hosts, and they treated our dogs like guests too. The little extras made the stay memorable: free Granita for breakfast from the Granita truck each morning, vegetables we could pick from the garden, and a laundry room we could use at no cost. The pool had a gorgeous view of Mount Etna, and we loved relaxing in the private sauna and hot tub in our apartment. It was modern, beautiful and very clean. Thank you for everything ❤️

The view of Catania, Mount Etna and the sea was breathtaking. We spent a whole day taking it in, and every moment at the apartment felt special. The place was spotless, beautifully designed and even nicer than the photos suggested. The hosts live on the property and were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Staying here was one of the best choices we made on the trip. We’d come back in a heartbeat, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Sicily.

The daily granita van was a highlight, especially starting the morning with granita and a brioche. Luciano and Daniela were great hosts and shared plenty of local recommendations. They also invited us to pick tomatoes from their small allotment, and they were delicious. The boutique apartments are lovely, with the sea in one direction and Etna in the other.
