I’m giving one star, though I think it deserves none. The cleanliness was awful, and I’d advise people to stay away. There were lizard droppings, dust, cobwebs, worms, and sheets that were dirty and stained. It was a nightmare.

The terrace has a lovely sea view and space to sunbathe. This villa in the historic center was a convenient fit for our trip, with all the comforts we needed. The staff were warm and attentive to everything we asked for.

We were grateful for the Sicilian hospitality. The villa is beautiful and right in the center, and the owner is very friendly, easily the nicest in the area.

The staff were wonderful, and I’d recommend this lovely villa to anyone. It’s just a few steps from the center and has a beautiful view of the sea.

The owners were kind and quick to help, and pointed us toward local finds, from nature trails to good pastry shops for traditional Acireale granita. What really makes Villa Bellavista in Acireale special is the sea-view terrace, with an incredible outlook. We loved the mix of an authentic Sicilian historic-center setting and that view, and our stay went beyond what we expected. Highly recommend it.
