The place was quiet, clean, spacious enough for four, and good value. Still, I wouldn’t suggest it for anyone with a small child because the stairs aren’t protected. If you’re over 1.9m tall, the low ceiling could also be a problem.

The terrace and view were nice, but there are serious issues inside. The stairs are steep and have no guard, which is dangerous for young children. The shower is so tiny you can hardly move, and the ceiling is only 1.60m high across 40% of the floor area, so you keep hitting your head. The wine they offer is undrinkable.

We still remember this apartment fondly. It was very nice, and the terrace looked out over Mount Etna and the port. There was also water and juice waiting in the fridge.

The terrace has a breathtaking view. The house is beautiful, tidy, and stocked with everything you need, in a fantastic location.
