The room was outdated, musty, mouldy, and just gross. I woke up with severe rashes and bites all over me, and the bed had bedbugs. The owner also wanted my credit card for any damage, which seemed suspicious. I needed somewhere urgently, so I agreed and took thorough pictures of everything after reading previous reviews. The location wasn’t ideal either, and there were some very seedy people in the area. I’d avoid this place like the plague.

The management is an absolute joke. I was charged an exorbitant amount for damage I wasn’t responsible for. The room itself was unclean and smelly, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom. The fridge smelled like spoiled cheese, and the kettle had mineral deposits in it. Clearly there wasn’t much care put into cleaning. What a mistake staying here. Please consider another place in beautiful Naples.

BEWARE, this company charges you for damage you didn’t cause. It seems they’re using the money to replace their dilapidated furniture. Stay at your own risk.

There were six of us in the apartment, two adults and four children, and we all had a positive experience. The price was very affordable, and the location made it easy to see Naples’ wonderful sights on foot or by metro. Highly recommended.
