The village is only a few steps away, along with a pharmacy and supermarket, and the train station and bus stop make getting around easy. Breakfast is included and really good. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff are kind, attentive, and efficient. I highly recommend staying here. The people who run it are wonderful, and this hotel will always have a place in my heart.

Acquasparta is well worth visiting, and it makes a handy base for families heading out to Umbria's towns and villages. The hotel itself is very well located. There's no restaurant, but the owners are thoughtful and go out of their way to help. The bar has that old village feel you rarely find in places now. Breakfast is fresh and generous every day, and the rooms are spotless.

I can’t really give this place even one star. The owner was welcoming and kind, which was the one bright spot during my one-night stay. The hotel is out of the way, and my room was cramped with no air conditioning. In July I left the window open to stay cool, but the truck noise from maneuvering started waking me at 6:00 AM. The TV was tiny, though it worked. The bathroom was cramped too. I didn't use the shower: the entrance was narrow and the 40x60 cm tray inside didn’t seem suitable for washing. There’s potential here, but the property needs investment.

The manager was very courteous with customers, and that kindness is what earned my four stars. The bar’s product selection wasn’t great, the premises need renovation, and parking was somewhat inconvenient.
