This was my second stay, and it’s a little gem. It’s a peaceful place out in the Italian countryside, perfect if you want a break from city routine. The rooms are large and comfortable, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen has everything you need. It was all clean and tidy, with a good toilet and shower, and easy parking. It’s not a five-star hotel, but it feels like home. There’s a barbecue area with lovely views. You have to be a bit lost to find it, but it’s worth the drive. Local shops, a garage, a bank, cash points, and restaurants are a five-minute drive away. Great value for money. 👍

We spent a week in this wonderful place in the Umbrian countryside. If you want peace and quiet, it’s ideal. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and made us feel at home. We’ll definitely come back.

Mrs. Simonetta spoiled us with a delicious breakfast cake and vegetables from her spectacular garden. She was always so kind and helpful. The property sits in a peaceful setting, with a large garden and 360° views of the hills and nearby mountains. We love nature and quiet, so it was a lovely fit. Beautiful Spoleto is about a 15-20 minute drive away, and other important towns in Umbria are easy to reach from here. We had such a wonderful stay that saying so feels like an understatement. We left already wanting to return, and we will.

Mrs. Simonetta is wonderful and attentive, and this was our second visit. The house is charming and set in the countryside, yet close to Acquasparta’s town center. It’s handy for day trips to nearby sights. Maybe a third stay is on the cards, as they say, three is a wonderful thing!

The house was spacious, tidy, and very clean, with a well-equipped bathroom and a really comfortable shower. The kitchen had the basics we needed. Simonetta and her husband were incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. When we arrived, there was a cake she’d made for us, and it was delightful. I picked Casaletto because it was close to all our tourist destinations, and everything was easy to reach. I’ve just come home from our Umbria holiday, but we’ll definitely return to the region and to this house. Thank you for everything.
