The room was cozy and matched the photos, with a big TV. They left coffee, tea, and other breakfast items in the room, and cleaned it every day. The building was quiet, and the place was easy to find. It’s only one stop from Roma Termini. Everything was very clean and good value for money. It took me a moment to work out how to unlock the door, but after that the stay was perfect. I’d love to come back.
We booked three nights easily by phone, through WhatsApp, and with their booking link. The B&B is very modern, and entering the building with a virtual key on our phone was convenient since we didn't have to worry about carrying a key around. Our contact, the manager, was professional and always available with information. There’s an elevator, and the building and access felt secure, with three doors between the entrance and our room. Our double room was modern and fully equipped, with a smart TV, a fridge stocked with several drinks, and bathroom items. It was perfect, nothing to improve.
I spent five nights here. My door wasn't opening properly, but the staff were very attentive and fixed the problem. You can count on them to help if something goes wrong.
The room was dirty, and the welcome was lamentable, with no smile. Even a prison cell is better. Can this place really be called a hotel? Don't stay here.
