Stunning Home in Acquasparta -tr- With Wifi and 9 Bedrooms

The pool and the outdoor spaces made this a lovely stay, with a big play area for children, a barbecue, and tables and benches for eating outside. There are also chairs and a coffee table for aperitifs. Our apartment was spotless and just like the pictures, and we woke to birdsong each morning. Francesca and her father greeted us warmly and showed us around. Francesca was attentive and always ready to help. We stayed for two nights, and the green, peaceful setting was still handy for getting around. We reached Spoleto, Spello, Rasiglia, Bevagna, Gubbio, Assisi, and Perugia, with most places no more than 45 minutes away. Perugia and Ascoli Piceno were farther. There are different apartments to suit guests' needs. A highly recommended experience!

We came as six families and found it comfortable, with a good base for exploring Umbria. The grounds are beautiful and very well cared for, and the hosts were welcoming, helpful, and easy to get along with. It's away from the usual crowds, which suited us. I highly recommend it!

The Wi-Fi was the one real letdown, very weak and almost nonexistent. Apart from that, we had everything we needed: a clean house, an equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden with plenty of room to relax. I spent a wonderful week here with a large group of friends.

Sandro and Francesca made us feel so welcome. The farmhouse was clean and lovely, and the quiet setting made it feel like home.
