A lovely B&B for a few days away, tucked into a secluded spot in Acquaviva Piceno. The host was very sweet and served breakfast. There are beautiful little villages within driving distance, including Cupra Marittima, about 30 minutes away, and Offida, about 20 minutes away.

A peaceful place with lovely views, not far from the sea. The room was spotless and had free Wi-Fi, and breakfast was great, especially the homemade cakes. The owners are wonderful.

The views are stunning, and there are so many little places to settle with a book or just relax. We had a wonderful time here. The hosts, Mimmo and his wife, were so welcoming and ready to help with local tips or reservations. They greeted us with homemade cookies and cake, and Mimmo brought over figs from his garden. He keeps the garden beautifully, and his wife made sure we had what we needed. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the property is a magical place to unwind. They have five dachshunds, too. There are plenty of lovely places to visit nearby.

Johanna was there whenever we had a question or needed help making a reservation, and we’re so grateful for all her care. My parents and I had such lovely days here. Each morning started with a fantastic breakfast full of homemade treats. The rooms were cozy, the beds comfortable, and the garden pool has a phenomenal view that makes the stay feel unforgettable.

The owner was so kind and friendly, and breakfast was different each day, with delicious homemade pastries. We spent a week here with my partner and our cat, and felt completely at home. We were looked after in every way, from beach suggestions that suited us to village recommendations based on the weather. The farmhouse sits among greenery and vineyards, with a wonderful view, a gorgeous pool, and plenty of spots to relax. There are lots of beaches and beautiful villages nearby. We really hated having to leave.
