Pretty good.

The staff are friendly, and the location is good and very quiet. Still, cleanliness needs more attention: I woke up with a few insect bites. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work well. The pool isn’t very big.

We came across this B&B unexpectedly after car trouble on the A22 Brenner Pass. The staff were kind and welcoming from the first moment, and did everything they could to help. Luckily, they had a room for us. Everything was surprisingly clean, unlike some other hotels, and the pool area was really nice and very clean too. Breakfast was very good as well. If I come back to Lake Garda or the surrounding area, this is the B&B or hotel I’ll book.
