B&B La Tasgia

There’s no phone signal, just Wi-Fi, which gave us a chance to switch off and recharge. The owner was lovely and helpful, and there’s a town about a 15-minute drive away with shops and restaurants. We were glad we found this place, but sorry we only stayed one night. It’s quite remote, though that makes it a great spot to connect with nature and relax. I’d read comments saying the access road was rough and bumpy, but we found it pretty smooth.

Dolores makes delicious cakes for breakfast, and we quickly grew fond of her two friendly dogs. The courtyard is stylishly furnished and made it even easier to unwind. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We spent a week there in August, watching a sky full of stars at night. The beaches are not too far away for daytime trips. It’s a beautiful spot away from the crowds, and staying there felt a bit like visiting family in Sardegna, even though it was our first time meeting Dolores. A really inspiring place for us.

The people we meet can make a trip, and Dolores and her daughter Laura opened all the right doors for us. They made us feel at home from the first day and shared great ideas for food, beaches, and other plans when the weather wasn't great, including museums and hikes. We got to know Sardinia better because of Dolores, and we’ll be back soon. Aggius is a special place in the heart of Gallura, with striking scenery and plenty of restaurants and bars. We spent some wonderful days in the area.

Two nights here while travelling around whole Sardegna, and we were so happy we chose it. The mountain setting is beautiful and the host was such a wonderful lady. Bombastic, awesome, perfect, wonderful! I can't find better words. I recommend it 10000%!
