The apartment is close to metro B and there’s a supermarket nearby, but it needs maintenance. There was no ironing board, soap, or shampoo, and the chimney and stove were very dirty. The AC didn’t work during our stay and made noise. When I told the owner, he seemed unconcerned. I asked him to arrange at least a fan. It arrived the next day in a sealed box, and it took us about an hour and a half to assemble it by following a YouTube video. At checkout I asked for some compensation for the AC problem, but the owner didn’t answer my calls or reply on WhatsApp. I found him rude and irresponsible toward customers. Paying 150 euro a night while dealing with all these problems doesn’t seem reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

A nice private two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a secure building, close to a minimart, a few restaurants, and Pyramide station.

There are two bedrooms in this very spacious, secure apartment. It has a full kitchen, heating, a washing machine, and a remodeled bathroom. A mini-market is just 50 meters away.

It’s a simple, clean place to stay in a lovely residential area that’s nice to explore. There’s a really good organic shop just around the corner where you can get a great breakfast. The trams, though, run very irregularly. The Baths of Caracalla are a 15-minute walk away, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the Aragonón, with its beautiful orange grove and mysterious Keyhole.
