The place was on the third floor, with no elevator and no air conditioning. Hauling luggage up in the heat without any help was awful. The staff were rude and offered no help. When I asked why the lack of AC hadn’t been mentioned, the woman said, “You didn’t ask.” Apparently guests are expected to ask about every basic detail. I have a large following as an influencer, and warning people about bad experiences is part of what I do. This was a terrible stay, and people should know what they’re getting into.
