I came with my family and we were welcomed wonderfully. The house was clean, and I truly relaxed. Breakfast was exquisite, with fresh fruit, and the welcome Prosecco was much appreciated. The Jacuzzi is optional and prepared with great care.

We wanted somewhere for a relaxing weekend, and this house was just right. It’s in a charming location, very clean, functional, and equipped with every comfort. Carmela was precise and quick to respond to our requests, with clear, detailed information about arrival, the apartment, and places to visit. We’ll definitely return in the summer to see Sicily and try the Jacuzzi. Thank you, Carmela.

The house was clean and tidy, with a large, spacious bathroom and a shower. It has been carefully renovated, with pellet and gas heating. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, including oranges and other fresh fruit. I was only passing through for work, but the place is enchanting and right by the medieval castle. It’s a great base for hiking and taking in the beautiful scenery, so I’ll definitely book again in the summer. Highly recommended.

I didn’t stay and left, but the host kept contacting me afterward, asking for my check-in documents and warning me not to touch the hot tub because it cost extra. I had no intention of using it anyway, since it was a dirty, smelly puddle. She kept messaging me on WhatsApp, insisting I shouldn’t have touched it and threatening penalties if I’d caused any damage. I had left without touching anything. Earlier, I’d walked up to the village at 7:30 p.m., leaving my wife and son in the car because it couldn’t fit through the narrow streets. The place was a small house off a driveway, and it was unbearably hot inside with no air conditioning. When I called, the host said the “air conditioning” was a tower fan and a small machine circulating the hot air, as shown in the photo. I asked if there was any solution, but she dismissed me with “Patience” and hung up. She wouldn’t answer when I called back. We went elsewhere, an hour’s drive away, and I contacted Booking support. They said they couldn’t intervene unless the property replied to their email. By 7 the next morning, the host still hadn’t responded to Booking’s messages, while continuing to ask me for the documents.
