A warm, welcoming place in a very convenient location. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the rooms, though on the small side as is common in many European cities, were spotless and well cared for. A comfortable, clean stay in a great location. Thank you 😊

We stayed in September 2024. The hotel is centrally located, with sightseeing nearby and the best bar in Agnone just outside. It was immaculate, all new, and the breakfast was generous, with the best local ricotta and salamis! Free coffee, good-quality linen, towels, and toiletries too. We'll stay again and recommend it.

I was bitten by insects every night. By the third night, I started to suspect bedbugs (cimici), and a little research suggested the evidence was consistent with that. When I raised it with the hotel staff, they showed no concern for my wellbeing and dismissed what I found, saying there were mosquitoes in Agnone. I left seven nights early and was offered neither a refund nor an apology.

Room 205 was a spacious, comfortable two-room apartment for four, with everything we needed. The only small issue I noticed was in the bathroom: the shower door wouldn't close properly because a seal was loose. A little silicone should fix it. The breakfast was abundant, and the woman there in the morning was incredibly kind. There isn't anyone at reception, but they provide access codes and a message with useful information, including where to park if there's no space. Keep in mind this is a medieval village, with the hotel right in its center, so parking and maneuvering room are limited. It's reasonable for a B&B to give guests some independence through room entry codes. I've stayed at many European hotels with my children, and for a three-star place, this one was spectacular, with everything you could need for a five-star experience. An excellent choice.

Breakfast was a treat for all the senses, and the warm, at-home feeling stayed with us throughout the visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Congratulations on the care and attention you put into everything.
