The peaceful surroundings and garden made for a really relaxing stay, and the value for money was excellent. The property is only minutes from San Leone and well placed for getting around in any direction. Vincenzo and his mother, Concetta, welcomed us so warmly. Our deluxe room was comfortable, with a large terrace overlooking the garden where we could relax. There was also a washing machine, detergent and fabric softener provided, and space to dry laundry. The place follows eco-friendly practices: no single-use shampoo or shower gel, free towels and sheets changed every three days, and recycling in the bathroom and shared spaces. Guests can use a large refrigerator and freezer, plus a kitchen sink with detergent, sponges, and dishcloths. There’s a cupboard stocked for preparing a ready-to-eat meal on the big shared terrace. Breakfast was excellent, with sweet and savory options, and limited sugar and lactose for those who need that. Vincenzo carefully made a lactose-free latte macchiato with decaf each morning, at just the right temperature. Mrs. Concetta lovingly prepared tarts, donuts, and cream every day. We could make any breakfast request, and Vincenzo was also completely available and helped us sort out a problem efficiently. Private parking inside the gated property is free. What more can I say? Maybe even my relatives wouldn’t have looked after me so thoughtfully.

The location is clean and welcoming, there’s parking, and it’s in a great area for getting to various points of interest. The value was excellent. Vincenzo was generous, professional, and always ready to help, and he made us feel at home. His mother greeted us with an infectious smile from the first morning and spoiled us with all kinds of treats, especially her amazing signature custard. She kept urging us to eat like grandmothers do! The lovely Angela helped keep the place clean. We’ll definitely return for our next vacation, it really feels like staying with family.

The owners made this stay for us. They were so kind and helpful, and welcomed us like family. We really did feel at home. The place itself is charming and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and our room had a distinctive, tasteful style. The three very cute German shepherds seemed to be the housekeepers 😁. If we come back to Agrigento, we’ll stay here again.

The breakfast brought back memories of visiting my grandparents’ holiday home as a child, with all those familiar flavors showing up again. The tarts Mrs. Concetta makes each day for guests were delicious, and I’ll remember her just as much for her sweetness, life stories, and thoughtful advice. Mr. Vincenzo was discreet and helpful, with an old-fashioned kindness that made our stay feel perfect. B&B IL GIARDINO DEGLI AGRUMI is very clean, with impeccable service and a handy base for the Valley of the Temples, the Stair of the Turks, and the beaches. The views are breathtaking and the surroundings enchanting. I don’t usually write reviews, good or bad, and I wanted to keep this direct. See you soon.

Vincenzo and his mother brought such a lovely sense of calm, warmth, and positive energy that I felt like part of the family. They also gave us great tips on the main sights nearby. The B&B sits in a spectacular flower-filled green garden, close to both Scala dei Turchi and the Valley of the Temples. I’d recommend it wholeheartedly if you want a simple stay with a bit of pampering. I’ll definitely come back.
