Chianu is on a quiet street that felt safe, and I could walk to the town center, train station, and Piazza Rossellini, where city buses and SAIS regional buses depart. My room had been recently updated and was very comfortable. Marco was easy to reach on WhatsApp whenever I had a question. I stayed two nights in March 2024 and would happily recommend it. One thing to know if you arrive without a car and have luggage: getting here from the train station involves a steep uphill walk and stairs, which is typical for Agrigento.

The room was modern, lovely, and carefully kept, and everything was very clean. What stood out most was the warm hospitality. The hosts made us feel welcome right away and had good suggestions for places to eat and getting around the Valley of the Temples. The place has a genuinely local feel. It's tucked into a quiet, typical alley called a 'chianu', just steps from lively Via Atenea. I'll definitely return.

The owners were professional and always available, and the room had every comfort and was spotless. I was only there for one night on a business trip, but it turned out to be a great choice. I highly recommend it.

I came with my partner and two friends on March 8, 2026 for the almond blossom festival. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the property is just 240 meters from Via Atenea, Agrigento's main street.
