The location was excellent, and the living room was fine. But the bathroom flooded whenever I showered because it was poorly equipped, and room service was basically absent. For three days the bed wasn't made and I had the same towel. The water and electricity also went out now and then.

The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. To turn it off, I had to switch off the circuit breaker. The bathroom light was broken, and with no curtain or shower screen, showering left the whole bathroom flooded. The room was dirty and the bed incredibly uncomfortable.

I arrived at 3:30 a.m. and was left standing outside, even though I'd paid for the room. Our flight caused the late arrival, which wasn't something we could control. The hotel's website says it's open 24/7, but that's completely untrue. I'm very disappointed. Some vacation!

It's a little glimpse of another time, with the past meeting today's technology. The place is tasteful and very well kept, and the owner is attentive and available when guests need something. It's centrally located, just steps from the city's main attractions.

We booked a room at Bella Napoli, but they put us in a different hotel. They scammed us. It was small and, above all, DIRTY, and the welcome was horrible too. Avoid it completely!
