Hotel Costazzurra Museum & Spa

We were disappointed as soon as we arrived, with the service and the rooms. The service was terrible, the rooms were terrible, and the outdoor pool was closed. The spa costs a lot and isn't included. This is more like a hostel than a 4 star hotel. It feels like a scam. Please don't choose this place.

The staff were so kind and helpful with everything. Hospitality clearly matters to them, and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices: eggs, fruit, sausage and bacon, cereals, pastries, juices, coffee, meats, and cheeses. We had a beautiful, very clean and updated room with air conditioning, which was better than at our other hotels. The sauna and steam room had a relaxing feel, and we enjoyed them. The hot tub wasn't very hot, but it was still nice to unwind. Our California couples massage and body scrub left us relaxed and our skin exfoliated. The location was ideal for seeing the temples, the beach, and the Stair of Turks. It's central for the things we wanted to visit. Gated parking was handy too, so we didn't have to search for a spot or pay for parking. We'd definitely recommend this hotel in Agrigento. Thanks for making our stay so lovely, keep up the great work!

The staff were so attentive and personable. Roberta was a wonderful waitress at the cute little restaurant, and the friendly blonde woman at the front desk went out of her way to point me to a hair salon just down the street. We were close to the beach and to the best gelato shop ever, also just down the street. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of nice wine at checkout. This hotel is a hidden gem, with a small museum and a little spa. We didn't get to try the spa, but heard it was wonderful.

Breakfast was really delicious, with a good range of sweet and savory choices. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. We got a welcome drink with free snacks like cheese, chips, olives, and Italian sausage, and even received a present at the end. The outdoor area was nice and quiet, with beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Our deluxe room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows, big bright windows, a bicycle, and some barbells for training. The bathroom was large and spotless, with an extraordinary shower featuring two rain heads. There was also a window to the room with a shutter you could open if you wanted. We didn't use the pool. It wasn't very nice to look at, and it's across the street behind a gate that opens with a code. You don't really notice how unappealing it is otherwise. If a good pool and somewhere to relax by it are important, take a mother hotel.
