We stayed in a suite in a separate nearby building at the top of the hill, rather than in the main hotel. It was newly decorated and spotless, with decent air conditioning, which was a real plus in 35-degree heat. The bus stop for the Temples is right outside, and restaurants are within a five-minute walk. Check-in was very good, with clear explanations about local sights and places to eat. I thoroughly recommend it.

They even arranged a locker room for my bike, which was great. I spent one night here while touring Sicily by bike. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely customer-friendly. A very positive experience, highly recommended.

It’s easy to explore the historic city center and cathedral on foot from this very clean hotel, which has a modern look. It’s outside the ZTL and less than a block from the train station. We drove, and the station had parking at reasonable rates. Breakfast is included. The choice was limited, but everything was good. The front desk isn’t always staffed, so you may have to ring a bell to get in. That’s a slight hassle, though it suggests access is tightly controlled and should add to guest safety. I recommend the hotel.
